Hiroyuki Okiura's award-winning second directorial effort, A Letter to Momo is screening at the 9th Tel-Aviv International Children's Film Festival, to be held in Tel-Aviv, Israel, from July 18 to 24, 2013.

The Tel-Aviv International Children's Film Festival started in 2005 and presents the best of the genre, with screenings of films from around the world in addition to workshops and other special events.
