Hiroyuki Okiura's highly anticipated second directorial effort, A Letter to Momo is one of the six movies nominated for the Black Tulip Award at Imagine: 26th Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival (Imagine 2012), to be held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands from April 17 to 28, 2012. The screening at Imagine 2012 marks the movie's Dutch premiere.

An affiliated member of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation, in its previous editions the AFFF has awarded filmmakers such as Jonathan Demme (The Silence of the Lambs), Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira), David Cronemberg (eXistenZ) and Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away)
