2. Submission of Works
Production I.G does not accept unsolicited materials, including but not limited to manuscripts, projects, illustrations in any form, being on paper, computer data or any audio/video supports (Unsolicited Materials). Unsolicited Materials sent to Production I.G shall not be returned to the sender. Production I.G does not respond to any inquiry concerning Unsolicited Materials.

The rights and intellectual properties in and to any Unsolicited Materials sent to Production I.G notwithstanding the above, shall be deemed immediately and automatically transferred from its author to Production I.G free of any cost and in perpetuity, and the author of such Unsolicited Materials agrees not to claim any right against Production I.G.
Pursuant to the provisions hereby, Production I.G shall be held free and harmless against any claim or dispute (including without limitation any claim against unauthorized use of idea and/or likenesses appearing or included in any production by Production I.G) that may be raised by the sender of Unsolicited Materials against Production I.G.

Production I.G shall not be responsible for any damage and loss users of these websites may suffer. The links to these sites are for your convenience only, and you access them at your own risk.

4. Interruption of Service
Production I.G may interrupt the service of this Site without prior notice to its users under following circumstances:

a) The Material in this Site is provided "as is", with no warranties whatsoever. Production I.G disclaims any responsibility for any harm or damage resulting from your use of any Material in this Site.
b) Production I.G shall not be responsible for any damage or loss that users of this Site may suffer.
c) Production I.G shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss a user of this Site may cause to other users or a third party.
d) Production I.G shall not guarantee accuracy, certainty or usefulness of the information that may be made available through this Site.
