Hiroyuki Okiura's award-winning second directorial effort, A Letter to Momo is one of the twelve animated feature films selected for the Feature Competition of the 12th Monstra - Lisbon Animated Film Festival (Monstra 2013), to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from March 7 to 17, 2013.

The jury in this competition consists of Spanish director of animation Anna Solanas, Brazilian filmmaker Chico Liberato, Japanese director and graphic designer Mirai Mizue, Bulgarian director Theodore Ushev and Portuguese composer Paulo Curado.

Monstra - Lisbon Animated Film Festival is strongly committed to show the best in animation from all over the world and promotes new dialogues between the art of animation and the performance art, the interactivity, among others. Started in 2000, the festival was attended by 36,000 people in 2012. Films from 48 countries have been selected for the 2013 edition.
