Mizuho Nishikubo's Giovanni's Island is screening at Lucca Comics and Games 2015, Italy's longest running comic convention, to be held in Lucca, Italy, from October 29 to November 1, 2015. Director Mizuho Nishikubo will be introducing the film, and host a Q&A session after the screening. In collaboration with Japan Media Arts Festival (where the film received the Excellence Prize) and the Agency of Cultural Affairs of Japan.

Established in 1965, Lucca Comics and Games 2015 in one of the world major events dedicated to the art of comics, and it is currently encompassing animation, live action films and video games. The 2014 edition attracted 240,000 visitors.
