Mizuho Nishikubo's new animated feature film, Giovanni's Island has been invited for the official selection, Panorama section of the 54th Zlin International Film Festival for Children and Youth, to be held in Zlin, Czech Republic, from May 30 to June 15, 2014.

Started in 1961, the Zlin Film Festival is the largest and oldest festival of its kind in the world, held annually in the city where legendary filmmaker Karel Zeman crafted his visionary films.
The festival is held under the auspices the Czech UNESCO Commission and the Czech UNICEF Commission. A member of ECFA, the Zlin Film Festival screens 350 films and attracts 105,000 people every year.
