After attending their cram school, a group of elementary school kids goes over a fence into a high-rise construction area to play kick-the-can. "I found you, Tsubasa!" An elementary school boy named Tsubasa rushes in like a hare toward the can, but as the child who is "it" cuts the air with his hand, a big tornado emerges along the ground and embraces Tsubasa. Nao, who happens to be passing by, is shocked to see the kids taking to the air as if there was no gravity. "Are these kids... using the wind?" The next day, she goes back to the place with Ryoko, who got interested in the story, and secretly waits to see what would happen.
