Having discovered Mr. Taiki who saved her life, Nao takes her friends Miki and Jun, and heads out to the a small town to visit Mr. Taiki's home is. Being surrounded by numerous mountains, the town maintains the climatic balance of the islands of Japan. Nao and her friends meet an old man who calls himself 'the Town's Greatest Wind Handler.' He teaches them how to handle the winds. He also gives Nao a strange advise after foreseeing that Nao has never done anything seriously. He tells her that she needs to create a wind within herself - which really makes no sense to Nao and her friends at this time.
