Oblivion Island wins two awards at the 10th Nueva Mirada International Film Festival

Shinsuke Sato's CGI animated feature film Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror was awarded the Gold Kite for the Best Feature Animation Film for young people and received the Signis Argentina Jury Special Mention at the 10th annual International Film Festival "Nueva Mirada" for Children and Youth, held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from September 1 to 7, 2011.

The festival is a project carried out by the "Nueva Mirada" (New Approach) Association,
a member of the Global Alliance for Cultrual Diversity from UNESCO, with the support of the National Institute for Film and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA), the National Direction of Youth from the Ministry of Social Development, the Cultural Institute from the Buenos Aires Province, UNICEF and SADOP.
