Li'l Spider Girl screening at Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema

Toshihisa Kaiya's directorial debut, Li'l Spider Girl (original title: Wasurenagumo) is screening with the other segments of the Anime Mirai project at the 12th Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema (WFAC 2012), to be held in Waterloo and Kitchener, Ontario, Canada from November 15th to 18th, 2012. The screening at WFAC 2012 marks the movie's North American premiere.

Now in its 12th year, WFAC is the only film festival in the world dedicated to promoting and celebrating feature-length animation from around the world as a medium for mature, meaningful storytelling - and paying respect to this form of cinema, and the artists who toil in this industry. Every year, WFAC brings its audience to discover some of the very best feature animation from around the world, without prejudice to technique, country of origin or the size of the budget.
