Shinya Sugai's directorial debut short film, Walking Meat is having its international premiere at the 22nd Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN 2018), to be held in Bucheon, Republic of Korea from July 12 to 22, 2018.

Started in 1997, BIFAN is currently Asia's major genre film festival, with 290 films from 53 countries (163 Features / 127 Shorts) screening in this year's program. Walking Meat is screening in the Bucheon Choice: Shorts section, BIFAN official competition section for short films of never-seen-before kind that will open the door to the today's most cutting-edge fantastic cinema from all over the world.
